A.N. Prior, "Some new systems of modal logic (1957-8)" [lecture notes]

Two pages of logic lecture notes mimeographed at the Philosophy Department of the Canterbury University College/University of Canterbury. The notes are titled 'Some new systems of modal logic (1957-8)' and were obviously meant to serve as an appendix to the logic notes V on modal logic. They include new ideas developed by Prior's colleagues Lemmon, Hintikka and Geach in the year after Prior's return from his sabbatical stay in Oxford. The date of their typing is almost certainly 1958: the memorandum on the first page refers to the University of Canterbury, which is what Canterbury University College officially became in 1958, the last year of Prior's lectureship in New Zealand.
